About Me
My name is Bonnie and I am based in Woodend, North Canterbury. I whakapapa to Ngai Tahu and my hapu are Ngai Tuahuriri and Ngati Wae Wae.
I am a rural girl at heart having grown up in the country, and now I have settled into a more suburban lifestyle with my partner, cat, pet turtles and our rottweiler.
In my spare time I enjoy listening and playing music, travelling, reading, dancing, hanging out with friends and family and watching a good game of rugby.
Doing work where I can make a positive difference to the life’s of others is important to me and has been a key motivator for setting up “Magnolia Supporting You”.
As a Registered Social Worker I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Now I run a private practice where I provide social work, counselling, business mentoring and professional supervision.

Becoming a Registered Celebrant has been a dream of mine since I attended my very first wedding at the age of 8, therefore I am super excited to now be able to make this a reality.
I enjoy meeting new people and love to organize and attend events!
I believe it is important to celebrate all of life’s milestones and to make the most out of every opportunity!
As well as being a celebrant I am also a qualified Wedding and Event Planner, so not only can I officiate your event I can also help you organize it!
